Census information for Derbyshire

The Census provides a wealth of detailed information about our county and its people, including where they live, what they do for a living, what sort of homes and families they have, their general health, qualification levels and how these factors have changed over time. This information helps local decision makers to direct investment and improve public services. The Census is carried out every 10 years by the Office for National Statistics (ONS). The most recent Census was undertaken on the 27th March 2011.
